We don’t want anyone to feel left out at pizza night. Ask us about dairy‑free cheese, vegan options (including plant‑based “not chicken”), and our carefully developed gluten‑free dough. While we do our best to reduce cross‑contact, we are a working pizzeria with flour in the air.
- Vegan & Dairy‑Free: Vegan cheese, plant‑based proteins, and lots of fresh‑cut veggies. We rotate a dairy‑free gelato, too.
- Gluten‑Free: A house‑tested dough with a light, airy crumb. Separate mixer and pans; GF dough made later in the day to reduce airborne flour. Not a certified GF facility.
